The 6 week coaching programs provides you accountability to doing the working it also includes homework weekly to make sure you are doing the work.
The 30 Day guide is self pace on your own time and you have no one body but yourself and God to hold you accountable to doing the work. It is all the basic tools to start working on hurts and pains and give you the tools on how to release them. It gives you that daily instructions on healing, releasing, spending time with God and creating daily routines.

No it’s not recorded because it’s an intimate safe space for women to open up and to share so these are never recorded.
